Thing is if they put no time restrictions .... cause they have a never ending list of projects, there will be 24/7/365 disturbances that WILL NEVER END. At the very least let people sleep at night ... A much better solution would be to increase the frequency. Like instead of having 1 guy digging with 1 excavator(who probably takes a break every 2h), how about they bring like 3-5?
