When you go on the shinkanshen from Tokyo Station to Nagano (Track 20, 21, 22, 23) you get off at iiyama in Nagano. This is the only way to get to Nozawa Onsen. It’s 600 yen per person for the shuttle to the town.

We left yesterday 🥺 it's easy to believe they could get 12 meters a year as it snowed every day and at one point i was waist deep in snow! We went as a group 4 accomplished skiers and a novice all of us had a great time! Thanks for the recommendation 🙏😎

Go to hakuba

@@teighandoughty1573 which ski resort? I was thinking Happo One. I am an expert level of skier , but my wife is a beginner intermediate.
@teighandoughty15738 ай бұрын
@Jason.rimando if you stay at echo Village it's a free bus ride to any of the nearby resorts and they leave frequently. They all have experienced to beginner runs.

@@teighandoughty1573i second that. Nozawa is ok, but it is overcrowded by locals and travelers. I would go to Hakuba and Shiga Kogen. Nozawa’s best snow days are late Jan, early Feb imo.

I had to sub because of high quality content. I’m learning from your video editing style/technique. You edit like 500k or 1m+ channel. It reminds me of mythbuster in terms of style and professionalism.

Give it about two weeks from now and it’s going to be flogged by tourists. Niseko/ hakuba 2.0 Watch the town loose it’s Japan vibe like the other two have already

I was just there and I've never seen a mountain get so shredded so quickly. Very busy for the very limited amount of accessible terrain particularly with the snow base. Great mountain for beginners and intermediates, but otherwise not worth going to. And the village is a shit show - super hard to get into a restaurant as its so crowded. Never again.

I stayed in Marukaneya, you can see the sign at 6:47. Rental in front of the hotel and you can walk to the slopes. I recommend !
Nice to meet you. This is "Fumi Channel. I introduce various fun things to do in Japan in my videos! Your videos are very nice too! I love it!

excuse me, but Nozawa does not receive an average of 12 meters of snow per season. That's just straight up BS. Over the last 10 years its had 10-11m twice by the end of the season. It certainly does not happen on average. Please stop spreading misinformation.
