Nater the i order the tm home internet the new T-Mobile modem arrive today , , he is working but for some reason each 2 hour he random restart power down and power up, the temperatures inside my home a 70 , any ideas? in the beginning i say doing updates , but the firmware version is always the same.

what a pain in the ass to replace this modem , the store refuse my service , say i need to call the 800 , the 800 have me 30 min to tell me they canot do it, and need to put me with other person need to put me with amanager . and another hour all to send me replacement wow. i was a comcast customer service , the modem process was super more easy .

Hey Nate, been watching for a couple months and made the switch to T mobile because of you even bought external antenna for my Arcadian gateway. Do you have any cheaper suggestions for 5g gateways that use RM520N-GL modems like Chester's does? Almost $600 is a lot I feel when I have seen options for $450 or less.
