Niantic support should’ve changed the guy’s Zygarde back to the 100% version, then they should’ve patched the game to include a message when trying to change from 100% to a lower % that says, “Warning! Changing back to a previous form will require you to collect the necessary amount of Zygarde cells to change again. Do you wish to continue?” Then if you pressed yes, it should have a second confirmation screen saying, “Are you sure? This cannot be undone.” A better solution to changing in-between forms would be to have the Zygarde cell cost waived once you’ve reached the 100% version, since you could say you’re storing the unused cells in the cell container for later use, and just have the stardust cost be the only cost.

I wonder if trading with NPCs would allow people to get some of the regional pokemon we wouldn't otherwise have access to like Klefki or Hawlucha etc. Sometimes in the main games you trade something to an NPC and they give you a regional variant that you can't get in the region you are playing in.

Honestly adding more NPCs in general would be awesome. The only NPCs you interact with on a daily basis rn are the Rocket folks, sometimes Willow, and if you're lucky, one of your inactive friends lol. I guess the Team leaders are there too but aside from appraisals and their optional battles, they don't really do anything else and that kinda sucks tbh This is just a pipe dream, but I really wish they would add actual story content, maybe similar to how Pokémon Masters handles it? When doing these "story missions" (which you could opt in and out of at any time), the wild spawns would be themed around the story, and some of the Pokémon you'd catch could give you an advantage for NPC/boss battles later down the line. The stories themselves could be done in a simple visual novel style with static/slightly animated portraits, because that's probably the best Niantic can do lol

03:01 - That was my first though too. Having NPC's asking for a trade, that doesn't seem bad at all, tho the spawn pool changes a lot and we got way more options than in the actual oldschool games, so it's not that "omg a special pokemon i can't catch, i can only get it by trading this one npc? hell yeah!", or could it? Niantic is probably gonna do a "Wanna trade your shundo for my 1/1/1 metapod?" lol

I’m at 27 cells hopefully 29 by the end of the day. I’m lucky enough to have probably 10 routes around me. I just started doing them after they fixed the shit on the update. Now I get 2 a day average. I’m holding my cells and not evolving until another event comes about where maybe they release a shiny zygarde or we get a chance to catch another. My 78 IV is ok but could be better, especially in master league.

I actually really like the idea of routes. However, i tried it once at the start. broke my game to the point i had to force close and restart pokemon go. never bothered trying it since. But i DO like the idea. Just no real point in going for them. As a mainly solo player though. even if i only get to trade ONE pokemon with each trade NPC per route. i would do every route. i ask players all the time when i see them if they'd like to trade for XL's. Most say no because THEY HAVE MULTIPLE phones in their hands. being solo, non multi account abuse player. Getting NPC's to trade with is OP when almost freaken every pokemon go player is a multi account abuser.

Hey poke I have a theory why niantic has been so awful rolling out features idk I’m just throwing this out there. Maybe similar to when the game out in 2016 and it was unprecedented popularity and game kept crashing . And they would do what they can yo fix it but it took a while for them to figure it out. Maybe they purposely roll out unfinished features to then figure out with knowing how badly it isn’t working on how hard they need to work to fix it. Like we are the test lol
