Madam.. Please do a video on how to heal as a separated scapegoated girl from an NPD mother and torchuring verbally and physically abusive golden child brother.. Separated from them, worked for 6months..made money, planning for my higher studies, but their thoughts and the traumas they and my maternal NPD family of 7 elders gave me.. Nothing works for me.. I am not able to meditate or relax myself.. I used to hear your videos and sleep..
