What's the reason behind installing the package (with npm) or just fetching the package from remotely, execute the package without install it? What problem is it trying to solve? Too many packages taking too much local disk space? To ensure the latest version of a package? That's looking for trouble. Nodejs already has a huge problem with dependencies. OMG
