Can somebody translate the interview parts into English, please? It's quite complicated to decrypt it using the voice-app...

Q: Fast or slow? A: Slow. Q: Major or minor? A: Minor. Q: Quiet or loud? A: Quiet. Q: Lyrics or melody? A: Melody. Q: Digital or analog? A: I'd like to say analog so much, but now, hand on heart, I'll say digital. Q: Distortion or delay? A: Distortion. Q: Guitar solo or drum solo? A: Drum solo. ------------------------------------ Q: What do you want to communicate with your music? A: My lyrics might be such that I'm thinking while writing what this is about and then I agree not to think about it. Then it kind of speaks to me later on. They sometimes might be sort of like self-conversations. I know that it could quite easily lead to naivety, sometimes almost to the verge of being corny, but I like to have it like that. Mundane things in making music don't interest me much, but rather what's after that, whatever that may be. ------------------------------------ Q: What is the song 'Saari' about? What is the core of the song for you? A: It's important that it is crazy. I think I read a book [while writing the song] about death deciding to take a vacation, like it doesn't do its job. So the idea of this kind of Grim Reaper is always tempting. Often, you know, it feels like its chasing me! ------------------------------------ Q: Today you had a street performance in the market hall where you performed 'Tämän kylän poikii'. What happened? What is that song about and what does it say? A: It's my imagination of a place where my feelings have been wandering between anxiousness and a strange 'who cares' feeling, and then I've thought that what would happen if fell into a psychosis and everything would change into something else. Maybe it was a time when things started to become clear, like how medicated we are, how dependent we are of it and how normal that is. And I really don't mean to laugh about it. A: I think that the lyricist must be able to put his/her soul into it so that you can draw also from others. You have to be able to identify with the lyrics. Sometimes I feel that the lyrics needs to be very personal, sometimes not. It always ends up being a mix of both anyway. I think it's important that the song, like I've said before, has two core ideas. If you have one idea and then another, it becomes interesting when you mix them together. If everything is from the same bucket, I don't know, the thing doesn't become alive yet. ------------------------------------ Q: How important your image is to you? A: Yeah, I think about it sometimes, but then... Q: You have hats, long hair, a bit carefree looking young men. In some way you are also a bit mysterious. A: Yeah, we are quite mysterious and carefree. I feel like sometimes you want to think about the image, but then it's awful when you start to think about it too much. You really cannot control the image too much. People will see you differently than you see yourself anyways. There are also people who want to see you in a specific way and when you then aren't like that, they get sort of offended. So you don't want to dwell on your image too much, but it's good to ponder it a little. It can be fun.
