Interviewers should start interviewing respondents that are literates. Most of the respondents do not make any proper analysis before talking. Parents do not know they are paying for the SHS indirectly. The huge taxes imposed on utility, etc. Students stay home for 3 months and they attend classes and pay. There are even no jobs for the students we are educating. Quality is poor. For me I am very disappointed in NPP for mass corruption, embezzlement, and inflating government projects.
