Sir, there is another certificate which is can be considered as Highest level of certificate... Elite+Gold+Topper. Topper badge is given to certificates of Top 1% scorer only.

No problem, You can try downloading your certificate from the email from NPTEL which you have received during that time or if you don't find that option, you can put request mail to NPTEL about the retrieval of your certificate. Hope it helps.

How to credit transfer in university from NPTEL course.
