The end users shall consider the "outflow" in cells D8 and D9 as a negative values, because it will give wrong figures if both are positive values "in-flow". Thanks for your efforts in developing these lecture.

The values in cells D8 & D9 are colored in red which means they are negative (cash outflow). In the final part of the NPV equation we add a negative value. You are welcome dear 🌹
