UPDF Chief of Staff Brig. Eriya Mwine Chefe Ali leads his troops in a political education and morale boosting song in Amuru, Acholi sub-region in 1996. The late Brig Chefe Ali knew that All War and No Song made Dull Soldiers indeed! And only OwanaPaedia can relive this.

Kabisa that is good where have you been all a long other than giving opposition space for misleading the world?? no one will tell your story than you the patriots , and that is why outside, the picture of Uganda shows us nothing . I mean learn how to brand your ownership. Next please learn how to write books, not only Mustard seed , show up , wake up and show the world what is Uganda.
