These look nice but I'm not sure if I would get any color ones as wouldn't they change how the image would look like? If I just provide a darker shade from the inside then that would be fine. I wish they were a little more polish too for how expensive they are. I doubt these are polorized lenses as well but maybe I'm asking for too much. Either way I might consider them just for the added protection w/o having to take off the cover everytime.

I wanted to love these glasses so bad I waited 3 months watched so many videos and they just aren’t that great… it’s really no different then having your phone 8-12 inches from your face I dont know cool idea but just not there yet 🤦🏻‍♂️

@@sensasianone_battlestation2433 I got them to use with my steam deck and they don’t work with windows booted so there is problem one. I am a iPhone user and it works with the adapter but not nearly as cool as I’ve seen it work with android phones. I tried cloud gaming via iPad Xbox controller and glasses and it’s cool but again just not there yet. It is just about like a tv in front of you. I’m not saying they aren’t cool but $406 for glasses another $60 for the adapter I wouldn’t pay more then $200 for the whole set up knowing what I’ve learned using them for the last week. If I set on my Mac or pc more they might be worth more but for lounging gaming they aren’t worth it. Also for travel they are just another cord and set up. Just not as cool as I thought they would be. Give it 2nd or 3rd gen and they will be better!

@@isaacredditt3597 I could say it's not for everyone. I actually like mine a lot enough to keep them even though I don't travel as much to use them. I would say they're made more for Android users in mind. There are room for improvements of course like I want a static screen when using it as an external monitor. I also got the pricey adaptor too as it was the only thing that would carry sound over vs all the other cables that I tired. I do have Samsung DeX and it's freakin awesome with that as you could use your phone as a track pad and even turn it fully off while walking a movie or so. I did this at a restaurant and it was like watching my movie on a 200" screen vs my tiny 6" phone screen. I like that you have that privacy factor as well. I think it's easier to carry around vs my Tab S8 Ultra at 14.6" screen. It's just something to get use to as I was laughing out loud and maybe someone was probably wondering why as I was looking at the wall haha. Luckily it was already loud so it wasn't so bad. I got game pass too but I haven't tried it much as I don't like streaming games as much due to quality of it. It all depends on what game I'm playing though. Lastly these are super nice if you have kids like how I do. The fact that you could watch something while the kids are sleeping or without disturbing my wife is a lifesaver. The speakers are pretty nice but hopefully we will have volume control via a firmware update would be nice. Maybe holding down the brightness button will change it instead and a single click would be volume control. I think this would be best. I hope they add 3D support as well cause I'm a big fan of that too. To sum it up, it's like having your very own personal projector in your pocket and it's here now!

My single use case for this glasses currently is just watching movies. Few years back I used Samsung GEAR VR for this, and it was great for movies, only issue was the steaming up lenses first 5 minutes of using it and very visible screendoor effect. This Nreal Air's fixed both those issues for me. No more steaming up and zero screendoor effect! The other use case of virtual monitors, works just fine for my M1 Macbook, but kinda useless from a perspective of it only being a Full HD resolution. I use 32" 4K monitors, so using tiny 1080p monitors inside this glasses is just waste of time. I'm hoping that next gen of this glasses will increase Field of Vision close to 180 degrees, increase resolution to at least 4K AND allow power charging while having this glasses hooked up to your phone! Then this would be awesome!
