André Pires well fire had a different play style than turbo, Fire was the major 3rd man for NRG so he had a huge responsibility and Fire was the clean up crew, when gman and jstn played with fire they felt as if they were the offense since fire was so solid of a defender and just didn’t really change their style for seasons, but then this last RLCS fire stepped up and was like, ok 3rd man is a dated position I need to be on offense with my teammates and scoring just like them, and he did do just that, and it just so happened that the season NRG finally realized what they were doing wrong was fires last season, I feel as if fire prepared Garrettg and jstn for turbo, he didn’t do it to copy turbos play but in a way he changed how Garrett and jstn played enough to make turbo a perfect fit. Gotta give it to him, Fire is a great player and a reliable teammate, and I also feel that fire felt he had raised Garrett and jstn enough to allow them to go out on their own and trusted that they would find someone to fill that huge gap that he left behind. I’m sure fire is so happy to see his buddies win a lan.

He didn’t purposefully play like turbo it just so happened he started to play similar to turbo and how turbo would play with NRG, accidental but a damn good accident.

@@slim7406 yea, im not questioning fire's skills, he's a damn good player and maybe the best in the game when it comes to defending. Yea, just like g2 when rizzo started helping in offense, they went to the finals! But i think turbo is more consistent than fire, and his mentality is different, he always shows up, especialy in finals, and is better than fire in offense, being (like u said) a better playstyle for Nrg Note: sry 4 my english, im portuguese 😅

I honestly couldn’t stand the casting for this tournament. The saying “Too many cooks in the kitchen” was invented for this exact moment. They constantly talked over each other, and it just sounded like a jumbled mess half the time. It was loud and obnoxious. Casting should be only two at a time. I felt that it was borderline unwatchable because of this. Super disappointed. Sorry, but this was my least favorite casted Rocket League I’ve ever watched.
