NRO demat, they will cut any trade TDS. Then, end of the year, no need to pay tax ? If the trade is loss TDS will not take. This is a big loss due to our rolling cash balance 15% is less till end of the year ?

No. In the case of Interest income, if aggregate interest exceeds Rs 10,000 tds will be deducted by the bank or such authorities. However, in the case of Resident Individual,if your total income is less than Rs 2.5 lakhs, you can submit form 15 G/H with the respective bank so that they will not deduct any tax from your interest income.
