1.Good charisma from conductor 2.Soprano good effort, unamma we hear you. The choir needs monitor speakers in front the choir to reduce vocal straining 3.Alto needs improvement, sing more sweetly , Bass too. 4.Yeah, again , e no easy , but those speakers , Monitor speakers would go a long way.
