Here’s to all the children and to everyone’s inner child. This year has been trying, exhausting, and lonely. As We looked at the new normal for school going children, sitting in front of a laptop, missing their friends, and growing up disconnected from their second home, school, We wondered what it would be like having to grow and learn through the digital fatigue. In this piece, Mayuri wanted the dancers to exude the energy of a classroom, one with pranks and chaos and joy and play. We wish for the energy of the real normal to never be forgotten.
