I thought the same so I rewatched n you're right he levels out at try line then back peddlers a metre back while sliding outwards. Should of rushed up n tried to wrap him up. I've personally never seen that before.

Great game but the NFL has the same problem, if you can still get a draw then what is the point of having an Overtime/Extra Time

A stalemate in the AFL in Round 1 and now in the NRL in Round 5. Both sides had their chances. But the Knights will feel that they had the better chances in Golden Point Extra Time to win. While the Sea Eagles will be left to rue with the amount of chances they had that didn’t stick. Wont win games of footy let alone premierships if you don’t make the chances you create stick.
