That was a cold dose of reality for the Sharks!. Panthers showed their class and Championship pedigree, they were brutally efficient. Madge just might have lost some confidence in Nicho Hynes after that game he was put under serious pressure and he crumbled. With Cody Walker and Nicho Hynes under an injury cloud Madge might go with Burton and Luai as NSW halves. That match had serious repercussions for Nicho Hynes and the Sharks Premiership credentials. Excellent bounce back from last week Panthers that's a warning shot to the rest of the comp.

Every NSW Try down the left edge are always through Luai. Cleary goes quiet during Origin. Cleary an incredible talent, but Luai is definitely underrated! Mam had a good game during the GF, but Luai has 3 rings. Speaks to Luai’s talent.

Any team should be nervous playing the Broncos even with players missing such as Reyno and Walsh. In terms of top teams it's still Brisbane and Penrith. Sharks won't have the kind of mentality to win the games when they matter. Roosters will have that falling short sort of season and I reckon the Storm will get flogged once they play a game without the ref's piggybacking them up and down the field

In 2023 Panthers had a wake up call after the loss to the Tigers in Bathurst, in 2024 it was at Shark Park... With a couple of gears still unused, Panthers are still the Team to beat, no where near the level shown in the final 20 minutes of last year's Grand Final, but still looking good.
