I remember watching it live and was doubting the bunnies up until that point. That Teo try was such an impact / momentum shift on the game, as soon as that happened you could see how fired up him and the team were and then it was over for the roosters from there.

One of the grestest Prelims. Better than the actual GF. How good a night it was after 43 yrs , there is plenty of glory to come, 5 straight Prelims after finishing 7th and knocking out these Chickens again was good enough so go get within 1 game of the GF was a great yr.

Yes because this 2 teams were the strongest in the comp that season. This game would've been the grand final if roosters hadn't lost to 4th place Penrith in week 1 finals. Panthers than went on to choke against 7th place bulldogs, a team that barely made the finals. So it was pretty clear whoever won this game would go on to win the finals
