@@russelluwarejnr1273 what I'm trying to say is, I'm a NSW supporter, but the way I see Billy talked during interviews, how he explain his decisions about his team selections, how he handle his team preparations and the mindset he has, he has shown maturity and wisdom! That has been proven in his wins since he started coaching QLD. This I loved about him and this QLD team. I have no doubts he can win 3 serease this year. It's not about how tough your players are, it's about how wise your players play this footy.

Second game is not that crucial with risking Cobbo given he was playing with injections as Billy stated. If Qld loose, Cobbo will get the chance in game 3 and also with home ground advantage in Suncorp. Nothing to stress about now as I'm sure the players assembled for game 2 will deliver in a neutral venue. The good thing that enables flexibility in making such decisions by Billy is that QLD has so much depth to select from and someone these players who have been selected now have delivered and performed in the origin arena. That's the QLD spirit.

I wouldn't say he's been axed, he was one of their best in game one without really opening up and played within his limit, created opportunities down the left side although it looks like he is carrying a few niggles so good call Billy, the Maroons can afford to tinker with their lineup and will probably have Cobbo back for Suncorp after a few weeks rest, unfortunately, NSW don't have that luxury and have everything to lose going into game 2....
