I actually started the Mass Effect series at 2, somebody got me it as a gift for the ol' PS3 or Xbox. Then I played 3 on the PC, until I got serious about choices and achieving the best ending in my own opinion for 3. I bought Mass Effect 1 and played it, used that save for 2 and 3. Was it worth it? YES. You'll be busy for a few weeks, but it's the small choices that matter to me, like dealing with Helena Blake in Mass Effect 1, seeing her back in Afterlife in 2. Getting Sha'ira's services in 1, talking to her again in 3. Noting the Councilor's office in 2 is the exact same place as the one in 1 with the Presidium around you, when you watch over the balcony you remember "I used to walk there in 1". Small things that save editors don't change that makes the experience truly personal.

I started on Mass Effect 3. Needless to say, it was really painful. I could tell there was history between the characters when key events happened, so I had to know more. I first played it on the 360, bought the 1st ME, then the 2nd, and replayed the 3rd, and it was so awesome. I got so into it that I bought and played the trilogy on PS3. I played it off and on. One thing, I think the audio was better on the Xbox. The PS3 version seemed to miss a few things in the music or audio in the game.

man I remember the first time I saw the image of Sovereign I thought it was a giant hand or something...so incredible the mythos of this fiction and how engaging this world is, it's characters are and how original its delivery is! Use a cheat code or trainer to jack up your Paragon and Renegade points. You'll get full access to all the P/R options.

The build up is definitely more frightening when it comes to thinking of the reapers. That main menu music that you also get on the ending ilos mission, and just the decisions you have to make, it’s certainly more satisfying than the other games.

God I remember my first ME play through. FemShep, Kaiden romance, and I was so novice that I never learned how to change weapons and there for beat most of the game with just a Pistol. Got stuck on the Saren/Sovereign fight because of it.

A question. Is the citadel already made with things that help and dock ships? Or do species every 50k years have to go though trial and error in order for the docking to be available for every species? Or do those cyborg bug creatures on the Citadel on each new race that sending out radio waves and before a new species makes contact with the Citadel the Keepers already make them designed for their ships and in different sections for the different species that come? This isn't an essential question but it keeps me up at night wondering this shit because no one ever talks about it. Like we hear of inter species romance and talk of children but we never see children or see half breed children in the game.

Love the series, only thing is I think they shifted changed from ME1 to ME2, because the council actually acknowledge that reapers are a threat and then in ME2 and they go back and do not believe in them again.... A flaw I disliked but overall I still loved this Trilogy and I always replay it. Can't wait for the Legendary Edition!

They changed their opinions because they found that the technology in sovereign wasn't anything the Geth couldn't make. This is due to sovereign not being very intact after the alliance blewd it up. It also falls completely in line with their thinking that the reapers don't exist and it's all the Geth. It makes alot of sense why they believe the reapers don't exist. But from out point of view knowing what's actually going on its infuriating.

Also its funny how that Admiral Hackett in the first game is fine withing using a little violence of the immoral kind to get things done. To in mass effect 3 people appalled at Cerberus activities. They too also believed from the first game to the second and partly in the third that they were doing the right thing and for the benefit of Humanity and they didn't care how they did it or who they hurt. Even though Hackett is a pretty cool guy later on in the trilogy but I don't think he is in a position to criticize. But I suppose that if you be the good guy it would rub off on him and make him a more moral person and not be so prone to be a dick :P .

Full Paragon? Eh... It's good to watch this on the background. And it's a marvelous work to create these videos. But there were very few full Paragon options. Not that I am an actual "full Paragon", it's just that it bothers me to not keep the same continuity. As in, if you are going to choose some grey choices, the keepers must be scanned. It's good money and it makes a lot of sense for the main plot. Much less Renegade than other choices. That Garrus resolution and many of the choices were Renegade. Not to mention how Kaiden Alenko is the bro that deserves to live.

Shepards position between Ashley and Liara, I figure that given the same alternatives and after being with human women, Liara would definitely be the choice.
