NSCN-K PEACEFUL EVICTION INTERCEPTED BY ASSAM RIFLES AT THIXILU VILLAGE

As per the ceasefire norms, the NSCN-K (Khango) were shifting their designated ceasefire monitoring cell from Thilixu village after they were asked to evict the place by the Thilixu Village Council. However, while shifting their belongings, a car belonging to NSCN-K (Khango) was stopped and taken to the Thilixu village Church by Assam Rifles personnel even after the ceasefire agreement.
After hours of negotiations and talks with the military forces, the NSCN-K Khango group was escorted by the Thilixu Village Council, Thilixu Youth Front and Sumi Totimi Hoho Thilixu.
On March 18, two groups of the NSCN (K) were allegedly engaged in an altercation and later exchanged gunfire at Thilixu village near NSCN-K (Khango) ceasefire monitoring cell.
Following the gunfire, the Thilixu village council issued an order to NSCN -K (Khango) to evict the monitoring cell and shift to another place

President is just nominal, everyone knows that the real boss is PM of the ruling party. Home minister, amit shah is also a part of the ruling party, bjp and so is defence minister. Our current President is also from BJP party only when she was CM. In a country like India formally President looks like the leader but he/she acts on the behalf of the PM advise, so real boss is Modi. This is why criticism also comes to Modi and not Presidemt and most scheme are issued by him. President do have authority but he/she acts mainly on "advises" from ruling party. Everything is ultimately done on the control of Ruling party.
