It's one of the best matches everplayed in northeast I think. They are so good. However, let's look at the top volleyball countries like Brazil, USA, Poland, France, Japan etc and world class players like Leon, Ngapeth, Nishida, Bruno, Christenson and many more. Okay, let's forget about world class. In India, south Indians are so good, some of them jumped really well which could be seen on youtube, most of the past indian volleyball players and even current well known Indian Volleyball player Ajithlal is from South India. Yet, India is so weak and we didn't cherished the game. We adored cricket a lot that's why we are a cricketer, not a footballer and neither a volleyball player as a country. India performed poorly at the international level in Asia. Japan is so good in volleyball (as well as football), they are one of the top volleyball countries in the world. They never failed to join any world top volleyball tournaments. Most people would commonly and amusingly used the name Nishida to praise their friend while playing volleyball 😂, he is Japanese and world class player. Just making a fun talks 😂. Comparing India with top the volleyball countries, India lacks far behind, and within India, if we compare ourself with South India, we are further behind again. Our play level, the tempo of setting the ball which is usually high and and slow (world class setting tempo is usually quick and low, except in emercency case when the setter would not be provided accurately) should be upgraded, spikes are not bad, vertical jump is one areas where we need to improve a lot, northeast people aren't naturally a tall human being. The unfairness of volleyball is the taller the player, the advantageous it is for him/her. Most of the volleyball player in northeast jumped poorly. With short height and poor jump we wouldn't play far and high. Rotation, top and world class players used 5-1 rotation, I don't know whether we use 5-1 rotation or not but there is no pipe attack and rarely a backrow opposite attack in northeast volleyball match. Almost 100% of the attack is front row attack and no back row attack, which is a sign of poor volleyball. Don't get me wrong, what I meant is we still have a long way to go. The facilities, every where there is football turf ground but rarely a volleyball court. The environment, the mindset of the people all these add up to the poor performance of northeast and India as a whole in volleyball.

Nagaland champion molested by the Manipuris....I appreciate Changtongya volloyball association because in Nagaland they are the best...But this match is the reality of the condition of our Nagaland sports, even the best team of Nagaland was no match to the team from other state...we need better coaches to update the team, to update the play, or else this scenario will always repeat whenever the team from other state state plays...Even in the previous tournament just before this tournament ,our champion team was beaten by the team from Assam if I am not wrong.... We need to support the association in whatever way possible to upgrade their play...

I have watched this match for more than 20 times. One of the best match in NE volleyball. The camera positioning is superb and very comfortable to watch.
