2nd question: 7 power 0 , 7 power 4, 7 power 8 etc end in 1:: 7 power 1, 7 power 5, 7 power 9 etc end in 7:: 7 power 2, 7 power 6. 7 power 10 etc end in 9:: 7 power 3, 7 power 7, 7 power 11 etc end in 3:: when 218 is divided by 4, we get 54 and 2 as remainder so each sequence get 54 powers each and the rest 2 go in the first sequence as in like first sequence gets 7 power 217 and 2nd sequence gets 218. therefore the ending digit of 7 power 218 is 9. when 7 power 218 multiplited by 3109 ie 9*9 is 81 . so last digit is "1"

Hi Rudra, speaking in English in the interview round is preferable but not mandatory. However, basic knowledge of English is required as the course would have some parts in English and the candidate should be able to understand them.
