4:07 It's a play on words! In Korean 밤 ('bam') means 'night' and 비 ('bi') means 'rain'... so together it means 'night rain'. He's playing with the meaning of it in English as well, as you can hear references to other Disney things like Neverland, Tinkerbell, and Fairytales. If you listen to the chorus again, you can see that he uses both meanings starting with the English and then using the Korean meaning in the line '내려와 밤비 밤비" which romanised is 'Naeryeowa bambi bambi' and is translated into English as 'Come down, night rain, night rain'.
