At the time this was my favorite racing motorcycle, and one of the fastest... Amazing!

When I was about 8 yrs old, that NSU was at the Earls Court Motor cycle show, my uncle picked me up and sat me in it. The 50cc record bike was there also.

Super Restauration !!

@teamfab luckily we were to less people to win but our engineering was great and ahead of all others. (the britsh also bult great bikes (Notron, AJS, Triumpf)) you should also take a look at bikes like Gilera Rondine!!! liquid cooled dohc in-line-4 with compressor from 1927!!! the NSU is great! :D

A couple of years later HONDA created much more simple and much more efficient motors. The NSU way was the wrong way.

ever heard of co-linear exspansion of steel and dissimilar metals...now go back to your books and look up tolerances and exspansion rates on an air cooled engine ..and then make an informed comment as you have no fucking idea what you are woffling on about..
@vonKragh3 жыл бұрын
@@nealefrazer4247 Take your medicine! You might have read that NSU in fact used a blow torch to warm up the cylinder before attempting to start it because of the tight tolerances - exactly because of the metals did not have a co-linear expansion rate. But never argue with people like you as I now I am right. Thank you, and have a good day.
