It is a slang used for our respected Dean of undergraduate studies Sujata Sengar. No one takes her full name. Everyone is sick and tired of her and her husband is the hostel warden who leaves no scope of troubling us in the hostel such as imposing fines of 5000 for coming back late to hostel . Her stupid rules ->75% minimum attendance ->reducing marks of students for no reason -> showing her supremacy everywhere -> suspending sensible people -> keeping classes on Sunday -> troubling us even in our electives and what not These are to list a few . Get admission and you will know her well as well as hell. She has converted such a prestigious college into a school. Hardly any freedom is left. Also you can google her 2 cases are pending in supreme court
