Learning from investigations: Worker injured after being trapped underneath a loader cab

On 30 November 2020, a worker was injured at the Attunga Limestone Mine near Tamworth after he was trapped in a crush point underneath a loader cab. The Regulator developed an animation to improve worker safety and increase industry understanding of the risks associated with maintenance of these types of vehicles.
