In an interview, JC said that they’d practice singing while running on treadmills so that could dance around, yet still sing well. It’s so amazing! Artists don’t have that same passion now-a-days.

I agree. Being in music for years, I find it odd/strange/interesting that you never hear a fluctuation in voice. All the dancing and jumping around and CONSTANT movement, they sound like they are in a studio. Anyways, good job boys

Even just regular dancing these days, some will copy the moves and forget to breathe, I was a dancer in high school and during our school dances everyone would either sit or be winded after 1 song, as for me i found myself dancing for 1 hour before I took a break, really shows the dedication they had to the craft.

Wow! They were actually performing live and not playback, like most singers do it. A very complex routine with a couple of singing off key by JT at the end. This is how hard it's to sing and dance simultaneously and the reason why very few artists really attempt to perform live. kudos to them.

This episode was the first time I'd seen or heard of *NSYNC. I instantly became a fan. I don't think I realized how talented they actually were at the time. Everyone made fun of boybands, but to sing, harmonize well and dance all at the same time takes crazy talent.

They were my favorite boy band from the 90s and early 2000s! They dance great, they sing great, and they have a lot of charisma and stage presence! I recently saw them on Hot Ones with Sean Evans and they handled those hot wings like champions.
