NT-42/B CONCRETE BLOCK PRODUCTION PLANT

NT-42 is the flagship model of Namtas multi-purpose concrete block machines, designed to manufacture a large variety of concrete products including pavers, masonry blocks, filler blocks, curbstones, channel blocks, retaining wall blocks, hardscape blocks, etc. from 60 to 500 mm in height. The machine’s production cycle lasts 15-23 seconds depending on a product type.
NT-42 concrete block machine can be integrated into Type B concrete block production plant (as shown on video). This automatic plant is designed to operate with legged production pallets and is suitable specifically for the manufacturing of hollow and solid wall blocks. The pallets have tubular length allowing to alternately use both sides of the pallet increasing its life span.
Production line is custom-designed; its units are tailored specifically to a particular project, after taking into consideration operating and environment conditions, as well as customer’s demands. Depending on the installation site the units of the line can be arranged length- or widthwise (U shape). All equipment is fitted with necessary safety barriers, switches and doors.
