To all the non Israelis commenting that she doesn’t look like Netta and stuff, let me clear up the confusion. This is an interview for the actors of a show called “Eretz Nehederet”...a prime time show that is aired once a week in Israeli TV, where the show’s cast (a bunch of well known local comedians) wear makeup and dress up as Israeli celebrities and politicians (sometimes they also dress as Americans too ,like trump) and impressionate them and make fun of them, basically the Israeli version of “Saturday night live”. This time one of the comedians in the cast dressed up as netta, and the real Netta made a guest appearance on the show as well kinda like how celebs in the US appear in Saturday night live.

Can't translate the whole video, but the short deal is that this is a satire show in Israel and this time they luagh about the Eurovision. Presenting imitators of every Isreali winner so far (1978, 1979, 1998 and Netta), also an imitator of the singer from Cyprus who studied her dance moves on the very last moment. There might be more singers from the last Eurovision. The real Netta seems to also take part in the show as a guest actor in full outfit, not sure which role she will take, but from my knowlage of the show from watching it she might take the role of an imitator of "herself" or a fan of her. She can be anyone but herself. As far as the impression the real Netta got from her imitation, she is very impressed ("This is a really good job" is one of her responses). Netta also help her imitator with face impressions and body luanguage so the final result will be better.

I watched the episode (this video is kind of promo), and in the episode the real Neta was angry with the countries that hadn't voted for her. She called few representatives from this countries in order to understand why they didn't vote to israel, and she tried to convince them to vote. Suddenly the Cyprus representative, the Czech Republic one and one man from the danish band get into the studio. At this point, they Talked English, so you can understand it.
