Pg 90 class 12 new ncert.... E coli has 4.6 x 10^6 bp and completes the process of replication in 18 minutes; that means the average rate of polymerisation has to be approximately 2000bp/sec . This is a wrong statement, agar tum calculate karoge to approx 4000bp/sec aana chaiye!
