I faced same kind of problem sir Yesterday I went to apply for neet exam and after first step I couldn't go for the next step because there is initial in my 10 th Mark sheet and there is no initial in my aadhaar but last year I applied with the same thing . And when I tried applying it in another browsing centre I can do the second step but I couldn't add up apaar information this time . After that while uploading signature and photos it took minimum 15 tries to upload one single sign . It followed the whole process, Really got frustrated Yesterday sir and my whole family was totally upset about it because we have all the documents but we couldn't do it I started applying at 12 :30 and it took me 6:10 pm to complete my application sir . Between they even told me to go update my initial in taluk office or post office also told me that only after the initial updation I can apply for it sir . Really I hate NTA a lot sir

We added initial by mistake in the candidate name,completed till aadhar verification process,when we tried to upload the documents ,it took M. as filename and so it generated as M.Photo.jpeg(with two extensions ),so error message came as do it with single extension.we tried ,but candidate name is aadhar verified ,so we cannot change now or create a new application form , as aadhar verified for previous application number.
