Fun fact: this game is basically The Bigs 3. They took the Bigs 2 and added Nicktoons characters. They also made tweaks to the turbo system to make the game easier for younger audiences.

"The Ren and Stimpy Show" aired from 1991 to 1996. It started on MTV, then was moved to Nickelodeon. There are 55 episodes running 22 minutes and it was incredibly ahead of it's time. So much humor from today is influenced by that show. Yak, Powdered Toast Man, Log, Don't whiz on the electric fence, so many classic bits. Worth your time to watch.

This was one of those arcade style baseball games that 2k made in the late 2000s to early 2010s. Before this, they made 'THe Bigs' and 'The Bigs 2', using a lot of the animations that this game used.

I don’t know if you’ve played it yet but if you’re looking for the same kind of game but just with the real players and teams, try the The Bigs or The Bigs 2. This gameplay is exactly like that game just with nick toons characters. It’s definitely much harder on All star and Legend difficulty. They even got a career mode which I loved.

I'm kind of impressed, the real-life players are actually rendered very well for 2011. Spongebob will never look right in CG, especially with permanent open smiley mouth xD But at least they put a lot more effort in the real players' presentation than I would've expected. I also like the Nickelodeon adverts all over the regular stadiums. They even referenced Chum is Fum... didn't that episode JUST come out by the time this game was made?
