Looking at steps to take now to prepare for the removal of the classic administrators.

Lazy admins just gonna give owner to everyone! lol. We have only one owner, a secure account which is never used except in emergencies and which generates alerts if it is ever logged into. Everyone else gets the permissions they need on a per-resource level. We could do a little bit better about our Security Groups though.. our Entra is a bit messy😅
