Great Explanation John, Thankyou for this. Question: on B2B/B2C videos you talked that B2B identities could be either other AAD or Microsoft ID(Could be Gmail or other but has to be a Microsoft ID), But I got confused in this Video as you explained B2B identities as the Other IDP, Google or other accounts.. if you can please clear that doubt. Thankyou btw, what is that book, would like to go through if it useful to me.

They have added new b2b options over time so a newer video I have done would have the newer options

Thanks John for sharing great stuff... one quick question... do I need a microsoft account for B2B users, how does this work internally? I thought if we invite a gmail user he should be authenticated directly by google while accessing any application I have shared for guest user.. but why do we need MS account?
