This is looking really good, been using app gateway with AKS for a while now and hopefully this solves a couple of those pain points. The fix to delayed updates is great, hopefully also resolves websockets reconnecting when any update to unrelated deployments happen. Will have to check out the preview soon.

I'm trying to understand the concept here, K8S is not my strong suit. :-) Thank you for this video. One question that comes to mind: Can we expect the WAF on this App gateway as well? Otherwise you are going to create a hole in your L7 security? Or should I see this gateway behind some Front Door configuration?
