Brahma Kumari Usha Niak - A Remarkable Spiritual Leader and International Speaker.
Since 1974, Usha Niak has dedicated her life to the teachings and practices of Brahma Kumaris. Through her own experiences with spiritual teachings and practical meditation, she has undergone a profound transformation which has led her to become a Rajyoga Meditation Teacher, Management Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Spiritual Counsellor, Author and T.V Personality.
Her expertise is not limited to spiritual teachings alone. She has also conducted extensive research on the great Indian epics, particularly the "Ramayana" and "Bhagwad Gita". Her guidance and teachings have helped countless individuals overcome mental stress, anxiety, addictions, and low self-esteem.
Usha Niak's lectures are available on KZbin and T.V. in both Hindi and English, making her teachings accessible to people all over the world.
