The new update of LAB is costing us our time , we were so much dependent on the LAB PDFS AND LECTURE FOR LAST MINUTE REVISION , But now 2 days for exams and we have NO ACCESS TO OUR PAID LECTURES . Sir please resolve the issue at Lab application. There are no pdfs showing in a proper way..some are missing and others are not the one from which I was studying. It's been several days since you have told us that the issue will be resolved soon, but it hasn't yet. You always says student's time is very important but now because of this issue many of us are facing problems..It's a humble request, please resolve it by sunday. Thanks.

Maine aapka only gs batch purchase kiya tha in may..jisme kaafi subjects complete ho chuke hai..aur kaafi subjects abhi hone rehte hai live classes mai.. jese modern history ancient history geography and all..aj sir ka telegram pr msg dekha ki 6:30 pm se gs class resume hogi..new app update ki wjah se mujhe live class show nhi ho rhi.. confusion hai ki maine jo batch liya h usme class ho bhi rhi h ya nhi.. and 2nd problem is pdf download ka option toh ara hai but download hoke kha save hora h pta nhi🙄please please help kijiye..maine support ko call bhi kiya but no response

Aur aaj Junoon batch me aman sir ne jo class Li thi usko download krne ka option nhi hai. Pdf toh my downloads me show nhi ho rahe hai. Samjh nahi aara hai ki pdf download kaha ho rahe hai. Jaise purane app me my downloads me videos and pdf saath me dikhti thi aur mobile me export bhi hoti thi taki hum use print kr sake. Lekin jabse app update hua tabse aisa nhi ho raha hai. And I feel bad that maine kuch abusive words use kiye but bohot zyada tensed thi 3 4 din se as pdf nehi mil rehe the thik Tarah se aur support se vi assistance nehi mil raha tha...but avi fil hal application is OK...they are working on their website issue ...extremely sorry to aman sir bohot zyada rude ho gai thi kuch moment k liye exam k tension me....but thank u sir for resolving the issue
