NTSB will be 'methodical' in probe: Ex-FAA chief | Vargas Reports

The National Transportation Safety Board will not rush in its investigation into the deadly collision of an American Airlines jet and a Black Hawk helicopter but "all the evidence is here," according to Steve Wallace, the former head of the FAA's accident investigation unit. Wallace joins "Elizabeth Vargas Reports" to discuss what factors could lead to determining the crash's cause.
