i passed out few years back and ( top student aayittum enikk kittya placement avastha ayirunnu...salary 20k abve aayath 3 yr kazhnjitt aan.. i feel pathetic for staying there ... From my point of view ..IT fieldileekk course padich kerunnavarkk ithreem chelav illa. And they gett 6 times more than our salary. Got rejected from many companies jst bcz of no degree ( now ivde aan nttf nu degreeyelkaal value undeee enn thallunnavar sredikkendath ) it doesnt.. so i joined BCA online .. and left that company ..now working in different company...even changed domain... Nobody needs to waste this much of years doing a diploma for such a high price ..u can do some normal diploma.. and try with ur skill set..( i suggest take a degree) ..then get into some place . Stay for only few mnths...or 1 yr then u are boom experienced ... U will get interview calls .. u can get into another company easily...in this case salary eill be much more better than what NTTF placements can give..

Same here. I was an RNTC 04-07 Batch, one of the brightest. They only teach 3 dimensions of liye 1) CAREER 2) FINANCE 2.1) HUMAN RELATIONS PRINCIPLE. My full career was spoiled there just because I wanted to explore TATA culture. I had heard a lot abt TATA as my father and grandfather was a tata employee. Trust me, things are completely different in reality vs what they "show" In the media. Bravo guys!! Whoever noticed that they are producing industrial donkeys. I would have been the luckiest person had I got an opportunity to be an industrial donkey, what instead happened with me was that i was forced by the management team to accept that i am a trans-gay as they assumed that all bihari Muslims are trans-gay. I was a small child back then. Now I have turned 32, and am still jobless. They straightaway declared that job is not for bihari indians as I didn't fit in. Now, I have started my own life coaching industry online. Am still unmarrried (only because they "said" that if I marry, I'll mass produce terrorists). Had they done the same thing at my this age, I would have approached higher council, and made sure that they knew what was happening behind doors. I proposed TESLA back then, and was severly rediculed that I should begin with manilufacturing bullock carts and all manufacturing will ever will be in the hands of "ELITE TAMIL NADU"

I kindly recommened not to join NTTF . NTTF is a pure form of bussiness where they train students with unfair fees and sell these trainees to corporates for least wages. And many had faced ragging issues in company and they doesnt had a proper job related to the course . Many were treated us like slaves in the company . Where we does complainted to the NTTF authorities but they responded worsely. ( NTTF is not approved by the government also.) Please dont spoil your future by joining NTTF.
