Compulsory to attend all the Hall Events? Bring partners to the room if get caught what happen? The Hostel we need to commit at least a year?

No Most likely wont get caught as there are very seldom checks at least 1 semester

It's not compulsory! If you get caught, you're most likely not going to be able to get a hall next semester. No, but there's a minimum stay of 2 months (if I remember correctly) before you are able to apply for hall withdrawal if you no longer wish to continue your stay in the hall

Last I checked, the monkeys were gone by end 2022. So should be safe to hang your clothes now 😆
