Shuiyuan is in the front gate and chang hsing is in the backgate! The room structure is the same

She will be able to use the school wifi freely if she lives in the on-campus dorm! But at the off-campus dorm, many rooms and floors cannot access to school wifi well(it's very weak). In that case, we usually use the wifi lan cable or phone's data hotspot.

@@sweetpotatoislandtaiwan7411 Thank you!!! My daughter requested NTU to assign a room in on-campus dorm for her. But it has not been answered yet. Just in case, I will get a lan adapter for her. Taiwan government stopped to issue VISA for Japanese international students due to the virus. But today they announced to resume issuing VISA from 7/22. She is happy now.

A post promoting your KZbin video was posted on SNS, an elementary school reunion. I found the question asking about toilet type interesting in the comments. There are still many squat type toilets in Asia. I used the squat-type toilet until I was in the military brass band. In Korean slang,many people called it "pussesik toilet(푸세식 변소)." lol ^^ The smell was terrible. I hope you'll be careful COVID-19 and enjoy your freshman life.

This is the on-campus dorm only for the freshman females. There is also an on-campus dorm only for masters students.

It's the different building. As I heard, graduate dorms are double rooms.

Its right next to freshman women's dorm(the dorm in the video), and its double room. And two double are connected by bathroom, which they share! Its pretty much bigger than the one in video.

Well hard to say. Regulation said starting from 2018, every freshman is assigned to on-campus dorm, unless there are not enough room in on-campus dorms. But last year because of Covid, quite a number of freshman were assigned to BOT(Off campus dorm). Because there were no incoming exchange students.(Meaning there are more BOT rooms for degree students.) In next academic year, there will be exchange students, so maybe the change of being assigned to BOT will be less.

hahaha welcome to NTU! If you are a freshman, it will be four people in one room. If you're a graduate student, then it will be two people in one room

Why did your sister choοse a 4-room dorm in the first place? (I felt like I was in a "Prison break" scene in her On-Campus dorm tour.) hahaha good simile! My sister initially chose to live in the off-campus dorm, but school rejected it and assigned her to the on-campus dorm. Freshman now don't have the priority for the off-campus dorm.

Hmmm If you go to NTU prince house dorm, you can apply for the single room! But its random.. So you might either get single, double or triple room
