Ours in Mandera only knows how to build county headquarter buildings everywhere without finishing one and getting value for money. The so called county headquarter projects that lie idle on the outskirts of Mandera town are all today shells of ruins and examples of museums which should be under the management of the National Museums of Kenya (NMK).
