They were all cronies of Moi who benefited from his corrupt regime and they couldn't go against him.Amos Wako should be the last person to talk considering how he handled legal matters during Moi's dictictorial leadership.

Amos Wako was UN's investor on the Wagalla massacre and yet he became part of that same government, he can't speak on anything regarding Moi.

Funny thing is, Why did we not hear anyone raise the question as to the legality of the government's actions on that day as they were deporting a Kenyan citzen by birth to a foreign country. All Kenyan politicians are just self centred. No principles. So long as their are not affected or they immediate relatives then all is well. But if we had politicians that have certain principles guided by a legitimate part , then from day one we would have seen that this issue would have been raised in parliament and in the social media.

Ati Miguna would have been in Kenya!! Moi would have detained Miguna Miguna too early in the morning. Wako and his friend, the former MP, Gumo are extremely annoying in this one. So Miguna has refused to go to the nearest Embassy to apply for a Kenyan passport, suggesting that a 'former' Kenyan cannot get back into the country unless he secures a Kenyan passport. Do these people get ashamed to reason like toddlers?

Ken Mijungu, is not fit to be a journalist despite being a lawyer by training because he would also not be a good court material. He likes leading his guests ands asking leading questions that sometimes pursue his own ideas and does not allow his guests to deliver their responses without being interjected and assisted by his innuendos. No wonder he has been left behind in the NTV station while former colleagues have moved to the Royal Media with better terms and are doing fairly good. NTV appears like it has been taken over by some politician from the Aga Khan just as the same happened to KTN that has been taken over by O-Deee-Minus from the Moi family. The Miguna-Miguna question can only be resolved Miguna-Miguna himself if he can agree to bury his own pride and get the relevant Kenya travel documents in accordance with the law. The argument that there is a court order to the Kenya Immigration Department to facilitate his return and entry does not negate his responsibility to apply for the travel documents from any Kenyan Embassy or High Commission nearest to him at any time. His old passport is void and perforated and there is no way it can be undone. I know of an example of a US F1 Visa that was erroneously defaced by stumping it ‘cancelled’ by an immigration office at a port of entry for a student. The student was allowed to enter on a special waiver but directed to exit the US and obtain a new US F1 Visa from any US Embassy within 6 months or before can be allowed back in the US if he exited earlier. That is the law, and nobody can override it not even the US Supreme Court Chief Justice nor the President. So does Migun-Miguna imagine he is absolved from compliance with the Kenya laws????? He is lucky to be a Canadian and can stay there until Jesus returns for him. Otherwise he would have been in stateless status to date and the world’s business would still go on.

Gumos appearance on this panel is a comedy but not even funny, this man has always been on the wrong side, he has never stood with the common mwanaichi in any way, this is a man who has been involved in corruption for decades. Wako let Kenya down by not defending the rights of wanaichi thats why he can calmly say Moi was not a dictator but as kenyans we know Moi was one of the worst leaders our beloved country has ever had.

The COURT said he should be handed a new passport, because his VALID passport was taken away from him ILLEGALLY. Miguna did not let it expired or lose it. Therefore, Miguna has to follow the court's decision, by allowing the government to present him his passport, instead of applying for a new one.
