With all the retired Generals we have you are telling us that a lawyer is more suitable to head defence? Why do we train lawyers then appoint them to head security, environment and others yet we have Professors of Environment, we have Professors of Agriculture, qualified medics capable of heading health, we have trained teachers who understand education policy. They are all ignored and a lawyer is rotated for reasons best known to the person in power. This is clear favoritism, at least be subtle while doing it. I would appreciate if all the Kalenjins headed the CS dockets as long as they were trained in those sectors. What an insult!
