Francis Muthaura confirmed what Kibaki told him. If you bring in politicians in to the cabinet, then one will never form a cabinet. Let the politicians propose names, based on competency to deliver programmes. That is Kibaki when he wanted to revive the Economy. Since Kibaki was into Economy questions, he never cared about his politics. No wonder Raila win over him in 2007. Then there is this Ruto, claiming to be Kibaki in reviving economy. Where he ended up appointing politicians to his cabinet to safeguard his Political ambitions over economy. No wonder his team cant delivery any government programmes,.including very simple fertilizer Subsidy programme. H.E Mwai Kibaki, will be remembered. His FPE programme was such a success to extent that we kenyans, are ranked as most educated population on the African continent. Rest Easy Mr. President.
