When you are a head of state you are supposed to address the entire nation in the language they understand every time.He knew he will appear in national television yet he was addressing people in mother tongue.I am he's strong supporter but mother tongue won't help us. Sometimes I admire Moi.

UK,please tell the nation about safety in our roads. Speed and unreliable vehicles mostly heavy vehicles is a menace in our roads. New Reflectors must be in every heavy vehicle. Warning signs should be placed behind any broken vehicle to avoid accidents.
