Great work Terence. The Government kept silent on Edgar Obares exposé...yet we see how deep rooted this problem is. The end effect is erosion of any economic gains leading to mass suffering. The only explanation to such loud silence is that the Government is heavily involved and DCI are in the mix too. Very sad. Kenya is heading in a very wrong direction
