Thank you for the show Mr. Kamara, It is not wise for our small economy/we even borrow to facilitate the national budget, to give more than 200m to a single mp for a vehicle to do his/her work. I suggest that they reduce down to 50M for a vehicle to each mp or be given a loan 200m and pay for their 5 year period. Policies should be put in place to make government save public resources.

In the 9th parliament Ssemujju took the iPad and the vehicle monies quietly but he's seemingly trading some cool but cynical argument here. Why does he come out when others talk about the same issue in a different way? If per say they get them on loans and they increase on their salaries because of their loans, won't that simply be another disaster to us, the tax payers. He's referring on Rwanda, forgetting that the policy was enacted and accepted by all; is it true that the 421 MPigs will do so on his bill. Ssemujju, that money has been appropriated for already why can't you get it and use it to renovate schools in Kiira so that you present the well researched bill and seek support from your colleagues even for the Odonga Otto, Latigo and even Winnie Kizza. Nsereko, the Vietnam case can work. #Totulimba mani waffe Ssemujju. There's no FDC proposal, its yours as your fellow FDC MPigs do not support it.

The gorvement to provide cars at 200 million is wrong in my view. Mps are highly paid and I believe they can afford to transport themselves or buy cars on high purchase. Maybe, the gorvement can allow tax interest free on purchases for certain time as a good gesture. Am talking about equality, if the teachers, medical staff, police officers all under paid and MP's gets 30m each month in salary and you provide them with expensive cars including petrol and services, the equality becomes meaningful for some not for all.
